Warranty Procedure

Thank you for visiting our online warranty request form. We are sorry to hear about your damaged golf shaft, and are more than happy to point you in the right direction to resolve your situation.

KBS offers a one-year warranty on our golf shafts from the original date of purchase. Furthermore, KBS will not accept a warranty claim for any shaft that was damaged outside of the normal course of play (anger, club throwing, etc.) In order for KBS to process your warranty claim please fill out the form below and provide a photo of the damaged golf shaft(s), a photo of the original receipt, a photo of the SKU number (located underneath the grip on the butt end of the shaft), and we will be more than happy to review your claim. Once a claim has been submitted, please allow up to 2 business days for a member from our warranty department to contact you regarding your warranty claim.

    NOTE: If you have purchased your golf shafts through a retailer or OEM (Titleist, TaylorMade Golf, Cobra, etc.) please contact the OEM directly, and they will be more than happy to assist you with your warranty claim. KBS Golf Shafts does not accept warranty claims on our golf shafts that are not purchased through us directly. We have provided a list of the major OEM’s Contact Us/Warranty pages below so that you may file a claim with them directly.
